What leasing options are available?

We are currently offering 10 - 18 month options.

Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?

Yes you are able to hold an apartment. Please be aware that holding the unit may result in a higher rental rate at the time of applying, depending on market conditions.

Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?

Any deposits paid have the potential to be refunded. Please note that any damages to the apartment or failure to leave the unit in a clean and well-maintained may result in deductions from your security deposit in accordance with the terms of your lease agreement.

Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

No

Are utilities included?

Utilities are separate. Water is sub-metered and paid to the property based off usage. Electricity must be set up through CPS.

Is renter's insurance required?

We strongly recommend that you obtain personal renters insurance to protect your belongings. Please note that the property covers the required liability insurance via the Resident Service Fee of $45, but this does not include coverage for your personal items.

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

What are the hours of the clubhouse?

The Clubhouse is open to residents 24/7

What are the hours for the fitness center?

The Fitness Center is open to residents 24/7

What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

Pool is open year round from 10am - 10pm. Hours are subject to change for any maintenance or safety requirements.

What are the hours for the business center?

The Business Center is open 24/7 to residents.

Is the apartment set up for working remotely?

Some units feature desk areas perfect for remote work. Please note that arranging internet service is the responsibility of the resident.

Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?

Astound Broadband is our service provider but it is at the discretion of the resident to set up internet service separately. Additionally, hotspot options may be available through other providers.

How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?

We offer Luxer locker system that serves as the hub for all package deliveries. When items are delivered, residents will receive access codes to retrieve their packages securely.

Are BBQ grills available?

We have multiple propane grills throughout the property.

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

We do offer Valet Living for trash collection. This is included in the Resident Service Fee of $45.

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking is not allowed inside any apartment or in the common areas.

What is the parking situation?

Parking is a first come first serve basis. We do offer rentable garages and covered parking. There are also EV charging stations throughout the property.

Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?

We do offer a pet park that includes a pet waste station as well as water fountain for your fur babies.

Our community was designed with people who rent with pets in mind. A maximum number of two (2) pets are permitted per apartment unit provided the required pet deposit, pet fee and monthly pet rent is paid. Pet weight must not exceed 99 lbs. with restrictions on all aggressive breeds including, but not limited to the following breeds, Akita Inu, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bandogge, American Bulldog, Basenji, Boew Boel, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Caucasian, Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Gull Dong, Huskies, Perro de Presa Canario, Pitbull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Tosa Inu, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Wolf Mixes, and any mixes thereof. Other animals, including but not limited to the following are not permitted as pets at this Community: Poisonous Animals (i.e. spiders, snakes); and/or, other Exotic Animals (i.e. primate, iguana, ferret, sugar gliders, snakes). For more comprehensive literature regarding this Community’s pet policies, please inquire with a leasing representative.

Are the apartments furnished?

No

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Yes

When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?

CLQ opened its doors February of 2023.

What type of flooring do the apartments have?

We offer a wood style vinyl flooring in every floorplan regardless of floor level. There is no carpet anywhere on property.

Is there a bathtub or just a shower?

Apartments feature a space-saving garden tub/ shower combo.

What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?

Our kitchens have stainless steel refrigerators, microwaves, ovens and dishwashers. We also feature a large farmhouse sink equipped with garbage disposal.

Yes

Do apartments have dishwashers?

Does the apartment come with a microwave?

Yes

Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment? What kind?

Every unit is equipped with full size washer and dryer either side by side or stackable.
